Using the website
Drill Cloud provides information, local planning tools, account access and an enquiry route for cloud IT projects. Use the website only if you are at least 18. Creating an account or a capacity plan does not provision resources or create a service agreement.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep credentials private and do not access accounts or records belonging to others. Email verification and self-service password recovery are not provided. Use the contact form for account access problems.
Models and saved data
You are responsible for the input values in a plan. Results are arithmetic estimates, not quotes or availability commitments. Local browser data may be lost if storage is cleared. Export a record if you need to keep it.
Separate project agreements
A paid project requires a separate agreement defining the contracting parties, scope, price, responsibilities, timing, cancellation rules and any support commitments. The invoice page accepts only a server-issued reference assigned to your signed-in account. A planner result creates no payment obligation.
Acceptable use
Do not submit malicious code, abuse forms, attempt to access other accounts or misrepresent your identity. Access may be restricted to protect the service and its users.
Questions and changes
Site information may change. Keep the agreement and invoice records relevant to the work you accept. Use the contact form for questions or complaints. Nothing in these site terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
